According to Webster’s dictionary the word organization simply means: the act or process of putting the different parts of something in a certain order so that they can be found or used easily. Isn’t that our ultimate goal in our house. Well, next to keeping everything clean and everyone being happy, finding things easily ranks right up there on level of importance.
I love to organize things (that may be obvious since I have a blog about organizing). For me though, it doesn’t stop at just putting different parts of something in a certain order so they can be found or used easily. For me, when I am organizing an area in my home I am learning something about me. I know that I am a lazy organizer and if the way I have organized something isn’t easy to keep up with then that isn’t the system for me. If I am still feeling frustrated when it comes to a certain area in my home, I know I need to make a change in that area.
Let me share with you some simple 10 minute ways to organize your home that have worked in our home. Simply click on the link to take you to the post.

Kitchen drawers, can I just tell you I lost a pair on tongs in my kitchen drawer once. Yep, couldn’t find it for a couple years. Did I mention I was a lazy organizer? Ha, I know I did, just wanted to remind you how easy the things are I do in my house. If it isn’t easy, I don’t do it and that includes putting on make-up. I don’t like stuff on the counters and I don’t want make-up taking up my precious drawer space, so why not hang it on the wall, right? The only word that describes this is LOVE! I have been using this system for three years and it hasn’t let me down yet.
While we are talking bathrooms, how does it look under your bathroom sink?
